The registered participants will receive one set of the conference proceedings on a USB/CD. All registration also includes: Arrival Tea and Coffee, Morning Tea, Lunch buffet, and Afternoon Tea on both Conference Days and a Conference Banquet.
Registration packets for all advance registrations will be available at the conference registration desk.

Final Upload of Papers: Deadline 12th September 2013 (Final Extension)
Step 1: Please fill in the AUCC2013 Copyright Form with your details and sign it.
Step 2: Please prepare your paper using the IEEE style files provided on the conference website. Contributed Papers have a 6 page limit and Industrial Abstracts have a 2 page limit. If the authors would like to have extra pages published (up to 8 pages for contributed papers and up to 4 pages for Industrial Abstracts), they can make an extra payment of $100 per page. The payment can be made here.
Step 3: Each paper should have at least one appropriate registration paid for before the paper can be uploaded. Please pay for your registration here. You will need to save a receipt of your registration.
Step 4: Please email a copy of your registration confirmation along with your paper number(s) to [email protected]
Email a copy of Signed Transfer of Copyrights Form and your registration confirmation along with your paper number to Victor Sreeram, [email protected]
Step 5: Please allow a few hours for processing. Once we have processed your information, we will enable you to upload the final version of your paper at the Papercept website. Before the upload, please test your pdf file to ensure that it complies with the IEEE format. The program for file testing is available at the Papercept website.
